Multidisciplinary collaboration to explore a keystone ocean microalga

The TREC expedition enabled a unique set of samples to be collected of the poorly understood marine microalga Phaeocystis. Researchers are now working within BIOcean5D to reveal more about its life cycle through multidisciplinary collaboration and the combination of multiple complementary approaches.
